Tables

Seating plans for 8 guests or 800, without the A3 sheets taped to the wall.

Import your guest list, sketch the room, then drag people to tables. Keep couples and families together, keep feuding relatives apart, and put the VIPs nearest the stage. Share the link and plan together in real time, on a laptop, tablet or phone.

How it works

  1. Bring your guest list

Upload Excel or CSV, or paste names straight from a spreadsheet, email or notes. “John & Jane Smith” becomes two guests in one party.

  2. Draw the room

Add round, oval, square or long tables and choose the seats on each. Add the stage, dance floor, bar and doors. Start from a template if you like.

  3. Seat everyone

Drag guests onto tables or let Auto-seat do a first pass. Rules for who must (and must not) sit together are checked as you go.

  4. Print and share

Send the link to your partner, planner or venue to edit together live. Print the floor plan, table lists for the caterers and an A–Z list for the door, or export to Excel.

Each plan is saved online at its own private link. Anyone with the link can view and edit it, so share it only with people you trust.
